TRIM Context Training
Information Enterprises Australia Pty Ltd (IEA) is now able to offer you customised TRIM Context software training in the following modules:
. Administration Course - 2 days
. Power Users Course - 2 days
. Desktop Users Course - 1 day
. Train the Trainer Course - 1 day
. Archiving Course - 1/2 day
. Workflow Course - 1/2 day
IEA is able to offer TRIM Context Software Training in releases 6.1 and 6.2.
There are a number of options available:
- Public Access Courses in Trim Context Software - these are scheduled training courses. Information is available on the Training Programme pages of this site. These courses are held on site in IEA's own training facilities.
- In-House Courses - these are Tailored TRIM Context Software Training Courses held onsite at the client's workplace. Alternatively we can offer
- Tailored TRIM Context In-House Software Courses at IEA - organisations who do not have their own training facilities can take advantage of IEA's own training facilities. We can cater for up to 5 people at a time in our training room. This guarantees you personalised training with our qualified TRIM trainers and experienced Records Management Consultants. Enjoy the benefits of software training in a real world situation.
Public Access Courses - TRIM Context Software Training:
These courses are held onsite in IEA’s own training facilities at scheduled times throughout the year. Our qualified TRIM Software trainers and Records Management Consultants use a generic dataset which conforms to the recommendations of ISO/AS 15489 Standard on Records Management. The course consists of explanation and demonstration as well as hands on exercises. Each participant has their own computer, which means you get to practice the theory straight away, maximising the learning.
In-House Courses - tailored to the needs of the organisation:
These courses are held onsite at the client’s work place. Our trainers can use a copy of the client’s dataset if required and customise the training to their records management system. Our trainers are also able to provide facilitation in the integration of TRIM Context and records management processes. The course consists of explanation and demonstration, hands on exercises.
Trainers:
IEA’s TRIM Accredited Trainers are experienced information and records managers who have worked in private enterprise, state and local government. Of the five trainers available, three have a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.
