Minimum leave entitlements

Because the work that you undertake for IEA is for a Fixed Term, the Minimum Leave Entitlements are calculated as part of your hourly rate (you are paid for the hours that you work - therefore the hourly rate is higher than if in full-time permanent work). The current rates are as follows: Sick Leave: 4%; Annual Leave: 7.7%; Bereavement Leave: 0.77%; Public Holiday Allowance: 4%. These figures are correct as of August 2006, but are subject to change. Please refer to your letter of appointment if you are unsure of the rates.

Non-conformance

A service that does not measure up to documented procedures or Client expectations

Payment summary

This form replaces the more traditional Group Certificate, and is specific to the Labour Hire Industry. It does contain all the necessary information that you will need in order to lodge your Tax Form with the ATO and will be sent out as close to the end of the financial year as possible
