Information Enterprises Australia Pty Ltd (IEA) is a registered employment agency specialising in both permanent and temporary placements of qualified and experienced staff within the library and records management industry throughout Western Australia. You could be part of an ever-expanding niche specialist agency that understands your language and your employment needs.
How to Register with IEA:
There are two ways to register with IEA. You can either fill in the Online Form, or you can print out the attached document and send it back to the offices along with an up to date copy of your CV and any other documents that you think may be of relevance.
Once you have completed this step a representative from IEA will invite you to attend an informal interview, and to complete the registration process. Please bring all original documentation with you. During the interview process you will be able to discuss your needs and requirements for work opportunities. You will also be asked to sit an Occupational Health and Safety Induction, so please allow adequate time for this process (about half an hour).
How much does it cost to register with IEA?
Absolutely nothing. We do not charge you a registration fee when you join the employment agency. All we ask is that you make a little bit of time so that you can come in to the offices to meet us. This time enables us to go through your registration form and CV, and for those of you who are new to contracting, we can then explain how the contract process works in practice. So please come armed with lots of questions.
What kind of employment opportunities are out there?
Employment opportunities can range from 1 day to 1 year with everything in between depending on our clients’ requirements. We cover a range of placements including: holiday and sick leave cover, long service leave and maternity cover. These placements are typically for a "fixed-term" period. However, IEA also helps clients with special projects or during periods of overload. These placements are varied in length and may offer the opportunity for additional contracts once the initial contract period has been completed.
