Employment Liaison and Finance Officer
Rachel Moylan (MRCSA, City & Guilds for Library and Information Assistants) is the first point of contact for all our clients, contractors and registrants. As Information Enterprises Australia Pty Ltd (IEA) Employment Liaison & Finance Officer. Rachel is responsible for ensuring that for every placement we make, the best possible person undertakes the work. In addition to the placement side of the employment services that we offer at IEA, Rachel also handles the administrative functions including payroll, superannuation and ensuring the smooth handling of all contracts and invoices.
Born in the UK, Rachel studied for the City & Guilds Certificate for Library & Information Assistants, through the Oxford College of Further Education, qualifying as a Library Assistant (Australian equivalent as a Technician) in 1996. Whilst studying, Rachel was employed as a Library Officer at the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA) and was responsible for the acquisition of all library material, Inter Library Loans, customer inquiries, database management, supervision of Library Assistant, and deputizing for the library manager as required.
Before joining the UKAEA, Rachel was employed as a Clerical Assistant to City Electrical Factors Ltd, and it is the combination of these skills and abilities, along with her strong customer focus that enables Rachel to coordinate the placement process between Registrant and Client, as well as manage all the office administration support that is required at IEA.
Rachel migrated to Perth in 1998, and immediately registered with IEA, undertaking several short-term contracts before joining the team at IEA, where she has since achieved professional entry level to the Recruitment and Consulting Association (RCSA) in Human Resources.
Rachel enjoys all outdoor leisure activities. In particular, she enjoys gardening, going to the beach and walking her dog. Rachel is a member of Greenpeace and has an interest in environmental issues.
