Shirley Cowcher - Director
AALIA, AACS, MRMAA, MRCSA B. App. Sc. (Library and Information Studies), Grad. Dip. Comp., is the owner, director and visionary of Information Enterprises Australia Pty Ltd (IEA) a niche specialist employment agency, consultancy and training provider for the library and records management industry in Western Australia.

Gail E Murphy - Employment and Consulting Coordinator/Senior Consultant
B.App.Sc. (Library and Information Studies), P. Grad. Dip. Adv. Inf. & Lib. Stud.,  Gail's main roles are to coordinate IEA's employment and consulting services, provide consulting services to clients and to develop and present IEA's programme of records management courses.

Rachel Moylan - Employment Liaison and Finance Officer
MRCSA, City & Guilds for Library and Information Assistants., is the first point of contact for all our clients, contractors and registrants. Rachel is responsible for ensuring that for every placement we make, the best possible person undertakes the work. In addition to the placement side of the employment services that we offer at IEA, Rachel also handles the administrative functions including payroll, superannuation and ensuring the smooth handling of all contracts and invoices.

Lorraine Bradshaw - Marketing Coordinator and Projects Officer
AALIA, Bachelor of Library Studies., is the editor of the Australian Record Retention Manual (ARRM) and the author of Information Overload, IEA's free monthly e-zine covering library, records, information and business management issues, and The First 4 Minutes: Understanding the Selection and Interview Process. Lorraine also looks after IEA's web site and the marketing and promotion of IEA's activities including training.

Kay Hack - Quality Coordinator 
MRCSA., Each year Kay manages the process that takes us through the quality accreditation that underpins IEA's core business values.
