I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed reading your article ‘Jumping onto the digital bandwagon’ in the May issue of bulletin from the Records Management Society.
I run a Document Storage and Data Management company in Edinburgh. We are a family run business and offer both scanning and hard copy storage as some of our services and your article really offered arguments on ‘both sides of the coin’ so to speak. When I get potential clients asking for advice on whether they should scan or store it’s a 50/50 with me and your article has given me some great advice which I will be certain to use in the future.
