Quality:
IEA will provide services equal or better than client expectation and monitor all services during and after provision to ensure that problems do not arise. IEA has a system of review to ensure continuous improvement of services.

Ethics:
IEA Will operate with integrity and honesty in all its dealings and will not enter in to any business dealings where a conflict of business interest may arise.

Innovation and Change:
IEA will be innovative in its approach to service delivery and ensure that clients are offered the most relevant and appropriate solution to their needs.
