Audits and reviews

IEA's audit and review process highlights areas which may need addressing as your organisation moves forward.

Beginning a Change Management Program

An essential first step in any change management program is to determine what an organisation actually does rather than what is thought to be happening within the organisation. IEA’s audit and review process will highlight the areas which need addressing as the organisation moves forward.

IEA’s consultants can provide an independent review of records management systems, procedures and documentation to ensure that systems are compliant, or if the system follows industry standards and best practice guidelines.

These include but are not limited to:
  • Business Reviews;
  • Business Process Analysis;
  • Audits using HB278.2009 Record Keeping Compliance; and
  • Health checks using IEA’s in-house compliance model.
Library Management Services
IEA is well placed to provide a wide range of services to all types of libraries including public and special libraries. Our services include, but are not limited to:
  • Development of performance management systems and associated indicators;
  • Research and analysis of trends and developments in library practice; technology and service delivery;

  • Strategic and business planning for new and existing services.
