Problems at work - What do I do if I have a problem whilst at work?

If you are experiencing difficulties whilst you are on a fixed term contract with a client, it is vital that you inform us as soon as you are able. If we do not know that you are experiencing problems, then we will not be able to help you. Where deemed necessary, the Customer Services Manager and/or the Employment Liaison Officer will make an appointment with the Client and yourself at the Client’s premises in order to determine the extent of the problem(s) and to see if an agreement can be reached between all parties. At any stage, you may ask to be removed from a fixed term contract position, and a replacement will be sought. This does not affect any future work opportunities you may undertake through IEA.
